This male Vulcan was the captain of the Vulcan starship that landed on Earth, making first contact with the Terrans. He was shot by Zefram Cochrane upon exiting his landing ship to greet the Terrans of Bozeman, Montana. (ENT: "In a Mirror, Darkly")

Footage of Cully Fredricksen, whose "regular" universe double appeared in Star Trek: First Contact, was reused here, except for a single shot of him being hit by a shotgun blast, wherein he was played by stunt actor Steve Blalock.
The Star Trek Customizable Card Game gives his name as Solkar. The RPG sourcebook The Way of Kolinahr calls him Sevak.

First officer []

This female Vulcan served as an officer aboard the Vulcan starship which made first contact with the Terrans in Bozeman, Montana. After her captain was shot by Zefram Cochrane she was shot by another towner while standing in the entrance of their spaceship. (ENT: "In a Mirror, Darkly")

This female Vulcan was played by stunt actress Bevin Kaye, who received no credit for this appearance.
