This list is of all new model designs that first appeared in The Original Series and The Original Series - Remastered. Information on models that represented a single design can be found in the articles linked below. Information on models that were recycled or refurbished to represent different vessels or props from different species in all series will be listed herein.

The DY-100-class was an original Matt Jefferies design, put to use in Star Trek: The Original Series. A CGI version of the Botany Bay was later created for the 2006 remastering of its original appearance.
The Woden, which originally appeared as recycled footage of the Botany Bay, was later remastered in the same design as the Antares (see above).

Deep Space Station K-7[]
The Deep Space Station K-7 model was originally used to depict Starbase 6 in "The Ultimate Computer", but was replaced with an entirely new Starbase 6 model for TOS-R.
Orion scout ship[]

The Orion scout ship originally appeared as a glowing ball of light in "Journey to Babel", but was created as an entirely new design for the remastered version of the episode. Recycled footage of the Orion ship appeared as the Ekosian missile in the original version of "Patterns of Force", later replaced by a new CGI model in the remastered version.
