Tagruato was a company or other entity with a presence on Earth in the mid-23rd century.
In the alternate reality of 2258, they operated a building in the San Francisco harbor near the Golden Gate Bridge. (Star Trek)
The name Tagruato was seen on a building in a San Francisco cityscape, and was likely to be an in-joke, as it is a reference to J.J. Abrams' previous project Cloverfield, in which it played a heavy role in the viral marketing for the movie. There, it was a Japanese mining company using "groundbreaking deep-sea drilling technology". One of their subsidiaries produced Slusho.
