Just an observation; but after Enterprise visited a planet called Tellar Prime wasn't Tellar without much fuss or discussion moved to that namespace? I'm not formally proposing that I want this page merged or anything; I'm just saying, that feels like a precedent that ought to be relevant to this page or something. -- Capricorn (talk) 01:52, September 20, 2013 (UTC)

Removed[]

"an-DOOR-ee-uh" was the pronunciation for this planet's name from the script pronunciation guide for "Prophet Motive".
The planet was not mentioned in the script, so... -- Capricorn (talk) 06:05, June 4, 2016 (UTC)

Merge[]

As pointed out above, Tellar Prime and Tellar are one page, similarly are Krios Prime and Krios. I therefore really see no reason why Andoria Prime and Andoria shouldn't be merged. Kennelly (talk) 17:03, December 11, 2016 (UTC)

Incorrect, there is a reason: the alternate reality precedence, which coincides with Vulcan (planet) and Vulcan (alternate reality); Praxis and Praxis (alternate reality). --Alan del Beccio (talk) 17:14, December 11, 2016 (UTC)

There aren't separate pages for Io, Titan or even Earth for that matter, so I see no reason why those two should count as reasons. Kennelly (talk) 17:51, December 11, 2016 (UTC)

Simply put, maybe they haven't been created yet. And using your logic, your reasons aren't any more valid than mine. --Alan del Beccio (talk) 19:33, December 11, 2016 (UTC)
Iirc, the alternate Vulcan a Praxis after lengthy discussion have been given their own pages purely for pragmatic reasons, because the information presented was significantly different from their counterparts. It was never the intention that alternate Io, Titan, Earth etc were to get their own articles too. On the other hand, Krios is a highly debatable case, Tellar Prime has never been discussed but maybe should be, and we have zero evidence beyond guessing so that Andoria Prime and Andoria are the same. Heck, there's exactly as much reason to equate Andoria with Andoria Prime as Andoria with Andor. That Andor/Andoria case is a complicated situation already, let's not complicate it even more by postulating a fact where we have only a suspicion. -- Capricorn (talk) 20:07, December 11, 2016 (UTC)
