Reed is also often referred to as tactical officer. Should we comhine the two articles? Because it seems that an armory officer is not really different from a tactical officer. -- Harry 15:51, 5 Jan 2005 (CET)

I don't think so. He started off being contnuously referred to as armory officer, but even this article notes that the term ended up evolving into the new (and different) tactical officer role as the NX-01's mission evolved. I'm willing to bet most all of your references to him as 'tactical officer' happen after season 1 -- Captain Mike K. Bartel 16:13, 5 Jan 2005 (CET)

Actually, he is referred to as TO in notes in the "Broken Bow" script, and for the first time in dialogue in "The Andorian Incident". Both are used interchangably. -- Harry 18:50, 5 Jan 2005 (CET)
