We need to get pictures from the battle. I can't do that.

I have a .ZIP file at home i could post on my site as early as tomorrow, unless some screencappers get to it before me. --Captain Mike K. Bartel 20:55, 29 Jun 2004 (CEST)

Try to get the photos ASAP.-B-101

Pictures Edit

I think an image of Spock's mind meld with McCoy from the "security video" on Star Trek III should be used for this canon account of the Battle of the Mutara Nebula. Just an opinion. --Kitch 19:47, 17 January 2007 (UTC)

Khan Missed Intentionally? Edit

The torpedo fired by Khan prior to the Enterprise entering the Nebula wasn't a miss. The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk).

Based on what?--31dot 08:50, October 16, 2011 (UTC)
the conversation between Khan and his helm/tactical officer
helm/tactical officer "if he (Kirk) goes in there (Nebula) we'll lose him."

Khan "explain it to him."

he was telling the helm/tactical officer to fire a warning shot so Kirk would stop, turn and fight Khan outside the Nebula, Khan knew that the sensors, shields and fire-control would be off-line/not right. --- Marc
How are you getting "warning shot" from "explain it to him"? What if it had been a direct hit, but with the same dialogue? Then "explain it to him" would have the same meaning of punching someone in the face to explain to them why it's a bad idea to make fun of a Ferengi's mother. --OuroborosCobra talk 21:39, November 17, 2011 (UTC)

Name Edit

Was this battle ever specifically referred to as "Battle of the Mutara Nebula" on-screen? Not opposing the name, just wondering. - Mitchz95 (talk) 15:49, June 3, 2013 (UTC)

I don't believe that it was- the name is purely descriptive of the location. 31dot (talk) 01:41, June 4, 2013 (UTC)
