After I wasted a lot of time merging then undoing and fixing all the links and added a reference that mangled continuity, I think there is a reason:

2353: Starbase 32 personnel (No rank) = Brannon Braga (Captain)
ca. 2366~2370: Starfleet Academy (Captain; "Non Sequitur") = Brannon Braga (Captain)

2368: USS Enterprise-D personnel (Commander; "Imaginary Friend", "The Next Phase") = Brannon Braga (Commander)
2369: USS Enterprise-D personnel (Lieutenant Commander; "The Chase") = Brannon Braga (Commander)
2372: USS Voyager personnel (Lieutenant Commander; "Parturition") = Brannon Braga (Commander)
2374: USS Voyager personnel (Commander, "The Killing Game") = Brannon Braga (Commander)

2371: USS Voyager dedication plaque personnel (No rank) = Brannon Braga (Captain)
2372: USS Enterprise-E dedication plaque personnel (No rank) = Brannon Braga (Captain)
2373: USS Prometheus dedication plaque personnel (No rank) = Brannon Braga (Captain)

I think I've narrowed it down to two fairly solid individuals, one with a storied rank history between LTCDR and CDR (we'll say like Paris or Ro) and a captain who is presumably older and where the other one can't be. --Alan (talk) 14:36, February 19, 2020 (UTC)
