Caldos2? or Caldos FOUR?[]

Hello. There is a question. How can it be confirmed that the Caldos colony exists in Caldos2 though it is not referred in the dialog in the episode as Caldos2? I am sorry English ..unskilled... --ボンド大佐 03:37, June 26, 2011 (UTC)

It looks like the script ([1]) says CALDOS FOUR. 205.158.80.194 22:08, August 30, 2012 (UTC)
We first use what was said in canon, if anything, before going to the script. Are you saying it wasn't called Caldos II in the episode? There could be a background note stating that the script calls it "Four" if it was indeed called Caldos II in the episode. 31dot (talk) 22:15, August 30, 2012 (UTC)
The planet is never called Caldos II in the episode itself. Caldos II came from the book Star Charts. 107.77.85.119 12:45, May 1, 2017 (UTC)
I can't find evidence this was called Caldos II in the episode; the script seems to indicate Caldos IV. We would go by the script before going by a reference book. 31dot (talk) 15:26, May 1, 2017 (UTC)
The Encyclopedia just calls it Caldos colony. The Next Generation Companion calls it Caldos IV on one page and Caldos II on another. --NetSpiker (talk) 08:14, May 2, 2017 (UTC)
StarTrek.com gives the planet's name as Caldos II.--Memphis77 (talk) 11:06, May 2, 2017 (UTC)
I'm going to suggest that we put this at "Caldos" and then list all the variants and their sources. Especially with the Encyclopeida, TNG Companion, and script all disagreeing on the name. "Caldos" is currently a redirect to C2 anyhow. -- sulfur (talk) 11:45, May 2, 2017 (UTC)
Agreed. --Alan del Beccio (talk) 14:47, May 2, 2017 (UTC)
