Proper Spelling of Surname Edit

According to IMDb (and elsewhere[1]), it appears that the proper spelling is "Macaulay" and not "Macauley" (although he is credited as "Charles Macauley" in "Wolf in the Fold"). As such, this page (and it various links) needs to be corrected. 12:00, June 10, 2013 (UTC)

"Macaulay" in already listed as an alternate spelling. We go by what he is credited with in Star Trek; if he is usually credited as something else elsewhere, that should be noted, though. 31dot (talk) 12:07, June 10, 2013 (UTC)

"Macaulay" is NOT the alternate spelling, "Macauley" is. That is the problem. Please see the link to the Los Angeles Times article mentioning his passing[2]. He was credited as "Charles Macaulay" in "The Return of the Archons". It was ONLY in "Wolf in the Fold" in which his name was mistakenly spelled "Macauley." 12:18, June 10, 2013 (UTC)

As I said, since this is a Star Trek wiki, we go by what he is credited as in Star Trek. That's likely how a person watching the episode would know how to spell a name as in order to find it here. The other spelling is currently a redirect to this page. 31dot (talk) 12:21, June 10, 2013 (UTC)
OK, I think I get it now- the initial post confused me. 31dot (talk) 12:30, June 10, 2013 (UTC)

Well done! Thanks for the prompt corrections! 12:41, June 10, 2013 (UTC)
