Temporary Removal

MA 2009 Warning! This section may contain spoilers for Star Trek: Picard.

In 2019, Wines That Rock announced that they have partnered with the real Chateau Picard winery to release a limited-edition Cru Bordeaux labeled in the style of the fictional Chateau Picard wines, which will be seen in Star Trek: Picard. Chateau Picard at StarTrek.com

Should be placed back after the series airs, but for now this spoils the fact that the series will feature wine (gasp) -- Capricorn (talk) 11:56, October 25, 2019 (UTC)

Wine vs. location

Should we have a separate page for the location, Chateau Picard, as opposed to the wine made there? I believe "Remembrance" refers to Picard's home as Chateau Picard (perhaps in the chyron on the news broadcast? I'll need to check), and writers and producers are definitely referring to Picard as having retired to Chateau Picard. He's not living in a bottle! —Josiah Rowe (talk) 19:06, January 23, 2020 (UTC)

right now, I think the location on Earth could take priority to the name instead of the wine. MechQueste 19:07, January 23, 2020 (UTC)

The location is given in an on-screen caption. —Josiah Rowe (talk) 04:19, January 24, 2020 (UTC)

The episode was consistent with the circumflex, so the location article should be at Château Picard. -- UncertainError (talk) 23:01, January 24, 2020 (UTC)

Are you suggesting that the location should be at Château Picard and the wine at Chateau Picard? If so, I disagree, as the presence or absence of the circumflex isn’t a very clear disambiguator. Or are you just saying that the place should be spelled with the circumflex, when we create an article for it? —Josiah Rowe (talk) 00:15, January 25, 2020 (UTC)
