Lizard and rat people[]

The lizard and rat people in the teaser are Selay and Anticans, respectively, aren’t they? They sure look like them, and we know from "Lonely Among Us" that the Anticans eat the Selay. That seems to me sufficient evidence for an identification (certainly, it’s more evidence than we used to identify, say, this guy as an Antaran). —Josiah Rowe (talk) 15:55, October 1, 2020 (UTC)

The rat looks like an Antican, but the lizards don't really look like the Selay, who have cobra-like "hoods". It's possible they eat more than one lizard species. JagoAndLitefoot (talk) 16:01, October 1, 2020 (UTC)
I have to agree the mammalian species most likely are the Anticans and the scene itself is clearly a reference to the episode mentioned above. Hypered1 (talk) 19:43, October 1, 2020 (UTC)

Apparently not, according to the episode’s writer on Twitter. [1]Josiah Rowe (talk) 21:27, October 1, 2020 (UTC)

Could you provide an actual link to this? I've on Ben Rodger's twitter page and I can't see anything like that. Hypered1 (talk) 00:07, October 2, 2020 (UTC)

Oh, sorry. It’s producer Brad Winters' page, not the writer’s. And the link above should work now. —Josiah Rowe (talk) 00:56, October 2, 2020 (UTC)

just for the objectivity, that comment about "rat and dog people" and "snake and lizard people" is obviously ironic... of course dogs DO eat snakes just as Rats DO eat lizards... so he was obviously aware of the similarity.Still I understand that the unnamed Aliens are intended to be "Rats", not "dogs" ... so they might not be Anticants, even if a similarity or allusion was probanly intentional. The Lizardpeople obviously are NOT selay and do not resemble them visually.--Haerangil (talk) 09:23, 8 December 2020 (UTC)

Hydroscooter/ing?[]

Would suggest this term link to "Personal watercraft" at Wikipedia. I'm heartened that this awesome form of recreation is thought to endure into the future. knoodelhed (talk) 17:16, October 1, 2020 (UTC)

No. It should be an internal link. An external link from the hydroscooter page, yes. Link here? No. -- Sulfur (talk) 17:18, October 1, 2020 (UTC)

Production/Continuity[]

There's a lot in the production section which is about what this episode references. It seems to me should be placed in the continuity section Wickedjacob2 (talk) 05:49, 5 December 2023 (UTC)
