Other combat forms[]

I'm wondering if the Ushann, Right of Venegance, and the Kal-if-fee should be listed in a See Also section, instead of in a sentence; a duel is a specific form of combat and not a general term applicable to any instance of two people fighting.--31dot 16:08, September 24, 2011 (UTC)

I disagree, they're all the same as a duel, a fight, between two people, with weapons, to the death, to setle a disagreement, in fact, I'm sure they are called a duel by others atleast once, --General MGD 109 16:13, September 24, 2011 (UTC)

Which is why I suggested a See Also section and not total removal. Only combat called a duel should be listed within the actual article text.--31dot 16:20, September 24, 2011 (UTC)

Removed[]

Similar forms of ritualized fight including more than two opponents existed, but were technically not called duels ("duel" is derived from Latin "war", but was understood in all European languages as "action of two", from Latin "duo", hence "triel" for a fight of three).

Not canon. --LauraCC (talk) 17:48, 7 September 2022 (UTC)
