Are we sure this is a surface facility?[]

I find it interesting that the name of this facility is very similar to Earth Station McKinley. Now, we know that this station is a dry dock. Couldn't Earth Station Bobruisk be a similar facility, only this one is orbiting above Russia, while this McKinley could be orbiting above the Americas? So, Worf's family would beam from their home in Russia to this Bobruisk, then be beamed to the Enteprise? Just a thought.Throwback 19:35, May 16, 2011 (UTC)

If we don't know if this facility is in space or on the ground,(either seems possible) then probably we shouldn't put either possibility in the article. We can't really assume that just because another facility known to be in space has a similar name, that this facility is in space. Starbases are both in space and on the ground.--31dot 22:14, May 16, 2011 (UTC)
