Voiceover[]
Ian Abercrombie as "voiceover" -- voiceover of what, i wonder? -- Captain Mike K. Barteltalk 21:52, 14 Aug 2005 (UTC)
Companion[]
I removed the line about the TNG Companion saying that this ep was considered to be named BoBW Part 3, because I checked in my copy and it didn't mention it at all (I checked both the episode entry on both BoBW II and Family, and the Season 4 overview and found nothing). In case anyone is wondering, I have the latest edition, with all the movies, including nemesis. If the point I removed is true, could whoever reinstates it please provide the page number?--Tiberius 08:10, 19 July 2007 (UTC)
Removed[]
I removed the following part of a background note which is lacking citation for a long time:
- However, there are also reports that the extremely rare sewing machine that produced the trapunto elements was not available to be used by the costume department at times during the series. Tom 22:23, September 8, 2011 (UTC)
DS9 theme?[]
I'm wondering about this background information:
- Throughout the episode there are several sections of the DS9 theme tune played as background music. It may have been that they were composing the theme to DS9 around the same time.
While it's possible that the DS9 theme was developed from some of the background musics written for Family, is it correct to say that the new Trek series was in developing stages during the production of this episode?--Sid-Vicious (talk) 15:55, December 9, 2012 (UTC)
Stars[]
The continuity remark concerning the fact that the stars in Orion's Belt appear out of place doesn't take into account the fact that stars are not stationary, and this motion is relevant considering that TNG is four hundred years in the future. I'm sure there is a way to find what the night sky would look like after four hundred years.--66.211.246.41 03:13, June 24, 2013 (UTC)
Wesley's program of his dad's message[]
In the episode, Wesley loads his father's message and calls it "Crusher one" -- does this count as a program that needs its own page? I'm not sure the titles are really unique, seems like he would have already used that title. However, he did call the program from the computer like this. More Removed Notes[]
I have removed the following notes from Background information:
A "possible error" that explains itself away.
Both are pretty nitpicky.--Cleanse (talk) 06:39, April 20, 2020 (UTC)
