Didn't die in vain[]

If you think about it, Hogan didn't die in vain since if he hadn't died, the Voth wouldn't have found him and thus linked their evolution to Earth. -- Suso 01:39, 7 April 2008 (UTC)

Neelix killed this guy[]

Indirectly, but he did – The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.235.211.5

How's that? Did Neelix know the creature was in there?--31dot 23:34, August 10, 2011 (UTC)

I said he killed him, not murdered him. It wasn't deliberate, but he was killed due to Neelix's carelessness – The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.235.211.5

I think you're referring to Sfdebris' review of "Basics, Part II". --Delta2373 07:15, September 4, 2011 (UTC)

I'm still not seeing what "carelessness" there was; Neelix did not know or suspect there was anything dangerous in there. He was killed by the creature, not Neelix.--31dot 08:44, September 4, 2011 (UTC)
Didn't know there was anything dangerous in there!? He and Hogan discussed the bones being there as a warning, not to mention something had to have stripped the bones in the first place...
