300 years to Andromeda[]
Doing some calculations by DITL.Org's estimation, 300 years to Andromeda would mean that the ship is going warp 9.99-ish in the TNG scale. Which means that would put the Kelvans on par with federation tech of about the late 24th century since Voyager can reach those speeds.
