Klingon High Command[]

I'd like to understand what the argument for "Klingon High Council" and "Klingon High Command" being synonyms is. Are they ever actually described as the same? If not, I don't think we should equate them. Mars Defense Perimeter 05:13, December 11, 2010 (UTC)
