Removed bgnote[]
I removed the following bgnote:
- Despite being a major power so close to the Caretaker's array, Captain Kathryn Janeway stated that she never heard of the Guard before meeting Ransom.
mainly due to the fact that there are any number of reasons for this, the most likely simply being that the Equinox took a different route. I also removed a note claiming that attempting to go around Guard space would've added six years to the Equinox's journey, something never stated in dialogue-Angry Future Romulan 22:10, January 6, 2011 (UTC)
