Birth date[]

The birth date of Layla Sarakalo was repeatedly removed by an anon from this site, claiming that this anon asked several times that the birth date may be removed. I cannot find any discussion about this or the question just the actions. Pointed out by another user in the edit summary field, her birth date can also be found on other sites on the web. The removed date is {{born|25|October|1950}}. Tom 21:21, May 27, 2012 (UTC)

Trademark attempts[]

An interesting find... apparently on 10 July 2006, Sarakalo applied for a trademark on the phrase "Beam me up Scotty" for use on clothing, etc. CBS, not surprisingly, opposed this application. ;) See this document for notice of opposition. And here's the whole history of the application . Apparently she attempted to trademark the phrase "Nuclear wessels" as well. She was allowed its use, but never used it commercially so it was as abandoned . -- Renegade54 (talk) 15:31, May 21, 2015 (UTC)

Not sure what kind of action you are suggesting by posting this info, but I for one think it is relevant and should be added to the article: it is about another connection that the actor has to Trek -- Capricorn (talk) 18:35, May 21, 2015 (UTC)

I thought it should be added to the article, too... I guess I was looking for confirmation before going to the trouble. :) -- Renegade54 (talk) 20:34, May 21, 2015 (UTC)

I would say this is definitely the kind of thing that should be added to the article, provided you have valid and reputable sources, which you appear to have. Get it included. --| TrekFan Open a channel 12:29, May 22, 2015 (UTC)
So this went nowhere, I gather? –Gvsualan (talk) 14:21, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
