PNA-cite[]
A lot of technical info like "Each OHD measures 0.01 mm, covering the holodeck walls with a density of 400 per sq. cm" was just added. That whole first paragraph needs sources provided. - Yah, and it was fine in the format I left it in with the incite mention, and the tenses all fixed. What was wrong with pointing out that it needed citing, and fixing the actual grammatical/text issues already? Might've just been better to change the {{incite}} to {{pna-cite}} rather than reverting to an earlier version to do the same thing. -- Sulfur 18:30, 28 October 2006 (UTC)
Um, I did not revert anything, at least not intentionally. I never saw an incite, I just hit "edit this page" and added an pna-cite. Odd that I did not get an edit conflict... --OuroborosCobra talk 19:58, 28 October 2006 (UTC)

I removed essentially everything:
- Omnidirectional holographic diodes, or OHDs, were the primary component to holodeck functions.
- The OHD was comprised of two types of microdevices that projected a variety of special force fields. The optical section, centered in the hexagonal shaped OHD, was responsible for emitting full-color stereoscopic images, while the force field emitters around the edge of the diode manipulated force fields in three dimensions to create the ability to touch and feel the projected images. Each OHD measured 0.01 mm, covering the holodeck walls with a density of 400 per cm2, and received their energy from standard medium duty electro plasma taps.
And about completely rewrote the article to support the only "diode" reference in the episode cited. --Alan del Beccio 03:15, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
