The other joke in the title[]

It seems likely to me that the title is also riffing on the expression "tomato, tomato" (that is, "to-MAY-to, to-MAH-to"), which comes from the Gershwin standard "Let's Call the Whole Thing Off." But is that worth noting, or is it either too speculative or too obvious? —Josiah Rowe (talk) 03:22, 31 August 2021 (UTC)

While looking for a source for the DeForest Kelley story (see below), I found that this article on Heavy.com mentions the "tomato, tomato" riff, so I guess we can too. —Josiah Rowe (talk) 17:19, 2 September 2021 (UTC)

Source for the DeForest Kelley anecdote[]

This article gives These Are the Voyages: TOS Season Two as a source for the story about DeForest Kelley being unable to say "Gumato". I figure we should use that as a citation instead of the online article, but I don't own that book, so can't verify it or give the page number. If anyone else has that book, they can add the citation here and at "A Private Little War" (and at Mugato, too). —Josiah Rowe (talk) 17:19, 2 September 2021 (UTC)

Kzinti or Caitian?[]

Is it confirmed that the catman seen at the end is a Kzinti, or just a Voyage Home-style Caitian? They're pretty much identical. Wratched (talk) 15:00, 5 September 2021 (UTC)

it is absolutely a TAS Kzinti. –Gvsualan (talk) 15:04, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
The fin-shaped ears are a dead giveaway, and they're pretty distinct from what a LD Caitian looks like. JagoAndLitefoot (talk) 17:04, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
