Excuse me, but just how was it established that Nogura's rank was fleet admiral? 64.229.8.138 21:21, 13 May 2006 (UTC)
- He was higher ranking than Kirk, making him Vice Admiral, Full Admiral or Fleet Admiral. Federation 03:29, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
- Fact is, we don't know what rank he is, certainly we don't know "Fleet Admiral". --OuroborosCobra talk 03:36, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
- It might be from a non canon source. Federation 05:00, 21 February 2007 (UTC)

Where in TMP was fleet admiral referenced? Federation 04:33, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
- Nowhere. Not even in the script. Thus I'm going to remove it. --James Cody 07:11, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
- Doesn't he say "I have a meeting with Fleet Admiral Nogura which should not last five minutes." -FC 13:57, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
- No, he doesn't. He says Admiral Nogura and three minutes. --James Cody 14:00, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
- I found it! He's referenced as a fleet admiral in The Lost Years but, yes, its not canon. -FC 14:21, 27 March 2008 (UTC)

Its interesting though that everyone knows that Nogura was a Fleet Admiral and Commander, Starfleet though. Its not in canon but certainly seems to exist in fanon. Federation 07:53, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
