Reference[]

Is there any information about the name of this character being a Voyager reference? In the Prime reality it was said that the Paris family were mostly all Starfleet officers. 31dot (talk) 19:39, July 25, 2016 (UTC)

Rank[]

Are we sure this character was a commodore? How is it a commodore could promote someone to vice admiral?

Kirk was applying for the job, but someone else was going to issue the final decision. Paris was just the ranking officer at the starbase. - Archduk3 01:05, July 26, 2016 (UTC)

Gotcha, that makes sense...--Noah Tall (talk) 01:11, July 26, 2016 (UTC)

Actually, I saw a recent US Navy article about a Captain being the Commodore of a destroyer squadron, so it is entirely possible that Commodore Paris has the rank of Admiral but as the commander of a space station she is referred to as Commodore, just as the commander of a ship is always referred to as Captain, no matter the rank.--134.134.139.82 00:46, September 1, 2016 (UTC)

Anyone know where to find a good picture of her? -- Typhuss999 (talk) 22:55, July 29, 2016 (UTC)

Yes. On the upcoming DVD or Blu-ray. Tom (talk) 23:23, July 29, 2016 (UTC)

When is that coming out? -- Typhuss999 (talk) 23:25, July 29, 2016 (UTC)

The film just premiered in cinema. What do you expect? Tom (talk) 23:27, July 29, 2016 (UTC)

Nevermind ok.--Typhuss999 (talk) 23:28, July 29, 2016 (UTC)

at the rate they're releasing promos and clips, there'll probably be an image her floating around soon. Deevolution (talk) 23:30, July 29, 2016 (UTC)

Ok and I like this character.--Typhuss999 (talk) 23:33, July 29, 2016 (UTC)

(temporary) image has been added from HPE's star trek beyond behind-the-scenes promo [1]. Deevolution (talk) 20:59, August 1, 2016 (UTC)

That's fine for now, cool picture.--Typhuss999 (talk) 21:17, August 1, 2016 (UTC)

PNA[]

There's a section in particular (paragraph beginning with "unfortunately") that should probably be cut out altogether - it has nothing to do with this character. --LauraCC (talk) 19:46, March 5, 2017 (UTC) Fixed it myself and removed the paragraph that has nothing to do with Paris. Here it is:

Unfortunately, the whole mission turned out to be a trap, as an alien commander named Krall ambushed the Enterprise to recover a piece of an ancient weapon onboard the ship, before launching an all-out attack on Yorktown. The surviving Enterprise bridge crew faced Krall using the lost USS Franklin and thwarted Krall's attack.
