Pete vs Peter[]

I cannot find any in-universe source for the name "Peter" Where does it come from? He was normally adressed as "Durst" and once as "Pete" by Tom Paris in "Faces". There are two autograph cards which are listing him as "Peter Durst" but they are not our prime sources. I suggest moving the article to Pete Durst and leave Peter as a redirect to cover the information we got from the episodes. Tom (talk) 17:17, May 28, 2017 (UTC)

Agreed; I support moving it to "Pete Durst", after quickly searching through the two episode transcripts. --Defiant (talk) 20:35, May 28, 2017 (UTC)
"Peter Durst" is from the Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 1, p. 225). -- Memphis77 (talk) 21:10, May 28, 2017 (UTC)

And "Pete Durst" is from the dialogue in the episode. Tom (talk) 21:42, May 28, 2017 (UTC)

I am identifying the most plausible source for the misspelling. I support moving the page to "Pete Durst".--Memphis77 (talk) 21:59, May 28, 2017 (UTC)
If we decide to move this, we should also move Robert Wesley to Bob Wesley for the same reason. --NetSpiker (talk) 06:27, May 31, 2017 (UTC)
