There has still been no officially-reported word as to Pine's death, meaning that no major news sources (Variety, CNN, ABC, New York Times, LA Times, etc.) have reported it. However, after several weeks of searching, I've finally found proof that he is dead: SSDI has him listed on their database, with a (P) next to his date of death, meaning that his death was proven through the observation of a death certificate. So, there you go. Oh, and it also has his social security number. Isn't that nifty? (I guess that's legal – apparently, SSNs enter public domain upon the death of their owners. For those who didn't know...) --From Andoria with Love 07:36, 3 June 2007 (UTC)

Perhaps it's worth to mention, that Chris Pine is his nephew? 08:48, 17 March 2008 (UTC)

No, he isn't. The rumor that Robert Pine and Phillip Pine are related is just that.. a rumor. --From Andoria with Love 09:12, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
