hey, I think this article is wrong on several accounts, for instance the only person whom said the Platonians came to Earth was Kirk, the Platonius themselves never said that, Alexander alludes to a previous leader of Sahadra loving the ideals of Plato. Not only that, Sahadra is always said to have noved 1000 years ago except by Kirk whom might not know what he is talking about. There is talk about them arriving on Platonius 2500 years before the episode but Philina is only about 2300 years old, 2500 would have to be a generalization based off that. I like to avoid this subject because it's riddled with inconstancies I am only partly able to resolve. --TOSrules 06:27, Jan 21, 2005 (CET)

  • I'm not sure I entirely agree with your first statement. If they hadn't visited Earth, then how would they have acquired the "trifles" they gave to Kirk and McCoy: "the shield carried by Pericles" and the "ancient collection of Greek cures, penned by Hippocrates himself." --Alan del Beccio 04:30, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
    • Sorry, what I was trying to say, the only person who said they came to Earth after Sahandra nova was Kirk. They were on Earth 2300 years ago and Sahandra Nova 1000 years ago. --TOSrules 04:39, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
