Merge Suggestion[]

I propose a merge with Sovereign-class as this type of escape pod was canonically only used on this ship class. The background section could be merged with the studio model section of the Sovereign-class...Your thoughts?--Sennim 19:34, July 23, 2010 (UTC)

Oppose merge. Escape pods are basically an auxiliary craft of the ship- not a part of it. I think all the different types of escape pods have their own pages- I don't think this needs to be any different. --31dot 19:37, July 23, 2010 (UTC)

Oppose, I agree. The shuttles from Insurrection were only seen aboard a Soverign class but we shouldn't merge them. Nor the aeroshuttle with the Intrepid class. - AJ Halliwell 20:02, July 23, 2010 (UTC)

Oppose - for the reasons stated above, and for ease of linking; I expect it'll be slightly easier to repeatedly link to Sovereign class escape pod than Sovereign class#escape pod or something similar, especially since some (at least) of us use wikia's predictive linking. --Defiant 18:35, August 19, 2010 (UTC)
