Guinan in Season 2

Earlier I opined how this show could catch us up to the lives of the DS9 & Voyager crews, but the entire thing was deleted and I would like to know why. Since we're invoking Guinan here, seemed like a good way to ask why my piece as removed.--GILESFAN411 (talk) 02:10, January 27, 2020 (UTC)

Waste of uniforms

I find it galling that entirely new uniforms were created for this show when on 3 occasions in the 3 series all set in the 24th century, we were already treated to 25th Century uniforms in "All Good Things...", "The Visitor" & "Endgame" worn in Alternate timeline episodes. A chance was blown here to make the clothing part of the prime timeline. Seems to me the costume department wasted a whole lot of time, a whole lot of money and a whole lot of textile to make the uniforms for this show when a futuristic style had already existed. You would have had to invest the time, the money and the textiles on DRESS uniforms, but the everyday was there all along.--GILESFAN411 (talk) 01:32, January 27, 2020 (UTC)

Picadilly Circus vs Picardilly Circus

Home media

What this show so far is missing is that coda showing the exact events between the Romulan Supernova and Jean-Luc Picard's retirement from Starfleet. Considering how much of a paradigm shift the fall of the Romulan Star Empire was, there could be scenes of Spock piloting the Jellyfish away from the event being followed by the Nerada and both ships passing into the Black hole. This would show us everything, and would serve as Star Trek: Picard's own tribute to Leonard Nimoy. We would also need to depict the events following Star Trek Nemesis. All of this and more can be included on the DVD/ Blu-ray. The Shield which starred Michael Jace, Jay Karnes and Benito Martinez included on their sixth season DVD, a mini-episode entitled "Wins & Losses" that showcased happier times with the Curtis Lemansky character. Production schedule for Season 2

Before Covid-19 was it ever indicated when Season 2 was to begin filming? If so, it might not hurt to include this in the article, even if those dates have been impacted by the lockdowns. 23skidoo (talk) 02:03, April 12, 2020 (UTC)

I don't recall seeing anything about the timing of filming, but I know that the writers' room was working earlier this year on season 2 and working on the plans for season 3. There was (I recall reading) hopes that season 2 would air late 2020 (likely going to be mid 2021 at the earliest now), with season 3 (if renewed) airing late 2021 (likely into 2022 now). But yes, if we had dates, they'd be in the article. -- sulfur (talk) 02:14, April 12, 2020 (UTC)

I have read that Michael Chabon said that production for season 2 would have begun in June. This was before COVID19.--Memphis77 (talk) 02:55, April 12, 2020 (UTC)
