Removed sentence[]

Sulphides can be present in the atmosphere of a Class N planet. (TNG: "Home Soil")
  1. Neither "sulfides" nor "atmosphere" was mentioned in the script of "Home Soil", and
  2. since Class N was just deleted for being not referenced, this shouldn't be a link anway.

I'm not saying you are wrong, but I wouldn't be too trusting of TNG scripts. In fact, using scripts on this site seems to be a double-edged sword. Everyone is willing to rely on them to check the accuracy of data versus watching the episode to confirm a data point, yet such a big deal is made about using references that were otherwise cut from various scripts (filmed or otherwise). There has to be more consistancy than this. --Alan del Beccio 09:43, 23 March 2006 (UTC)

You might be right. To clarify, I started by removing the "Class N" link after Mike deleted that page (although that might have to be reverted). However, the complete sentence seemed a little suspicious to me. Apparently, the class was not referenced in Home Soil, otherwise the page wouldn't have been deleted with such a clear reference. I then checked the scripts, and didn't even find the additional information about sulfur, or any talk about atmospheric composition at all - so I just removed the whole thing for discussion. Maybe parts of it need to be restored after checking the episode itself... -- Cid Highwind 09:53, 23 March 2006 (UTC)
