did the comic version of this story feature TOS uniforms? -- Captain M.K.B. 17:53, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

nevermind that -- the Curt Danhauser site says that it did not, it had TMP uniforms -- but that it was "established" that Commodore Decker was supposed to be the same character from "The Doomsday Machine".. how was this established? -- Captain M.K.B. 17:59, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

It was never established. Decker was named "Steve" in this story and was only heard over the radio. As such, I see no way that they could be the same character. -- Sulfur 18:01, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

Somebody should correct Mr. Danhauser then.

I read another review stating that the crew wore "unrecognizable" uniforms in the comic. Does this mean they are TMP uniforms, or original creations? -- Captain M.K.B. 18:05, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

The last 4 issues (or so) were all written as marketing tie-ins to TMP, and as such, even though they seem to be set in the midst of the 5-year mission, they are all wearing the TMP uniforms, the grey ones visible in the character pics I uploaded. -- Sulfur 18:18, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
