Inclusions of "type"[]

You mean to tell me that "Dauntless type" actually appeared on the dedication plaque for this ship? --Alan del Beccio 03:38, 18 December 2006 (UTC)

I highly doubt that (Dauntless class might have appeared). This was made before we standardized the way of trying to copy the onscreen plaque formatting, and contains the basic fields that were used.--Tim Thomason 03:46, 18 December 2006 (UTC)

I started reading off a graphic that I thought was from the Star Trek Encyclopedia only to find it was not -- and now, in searching for sources, I'd raise the questions of what the official source for the "Hope is a waking dream" quote even is. - AJ Halliwell (talk) 13:48, May 25, 2020 (UTC)
