Move Raritan Deltans[]

How to identify?[]

OK, maybe a stupid question but unless mentioned in dialog how do you spot a Deltan? What about, let's say, the bald medical officer in "Subspace Rhapsody" Christine spins around in his chair during "I'm ready"? He has "Deltan vibes" for me, but he could also be just a bald human? If somebody looks Human and there's no definite reason to suspect they're not, and it's more likely they are, (living in 19th century Earth, or serving on a Starfleet starship, etc.) we just assume they are Human until a reliable production source or written material (screenplay, official subtitles, display graphics, etc) says otherwise.
