Unless there are other unnamed androids of other types, should I move this to "Unnamed Soong-type androids"? --LauraCC (talk) 19:51, May 18, 2016 (UTC)

Or you could go the other way and move it to "Unnamed artificial lifeforms" (or something like that). This page is bound to eventually set a precedent for some other kind of robot, which no doubt will also have just one or two members. Having them all on one page seems neater. -- Capricorn (talk) 00:05, May 21, 2016 (UTC)

Huh. Never thought of that. Do any come to mind? --LauraCC (talk) 16:49, May 24, 2016 (UTC)

That one from voy:think tank, and Ira Graves' robotic dog come to mind. -- Capricorn (talk) 06:12, May 26, 2016 (UTC)

Would the dog be better off in unnamed pets with a link on this page, or vice versa? --LauraCC (talk) 14:24, May 26, 2016 (UTC)

Just because a robot looks like a dog, who's to say that it's used or meant as a pet? Currently it's mentioned at dog btw (though I personally dislike this practice of documenting such things at the most closely related existing pages even though they're still not quite completely the same thing - that's like one of the reasons an unnamed artificial lifeforms page seemed usefull to me) -- Capricorn (talk) 10:55, May 27, 2016 (UTC)

Okay. Re the think tank robot - link here or move here? --LauraCC (talk) 14:26, May 27, 2016 (UTC) I don't know which would be more appropos.--LauraCC (talk) 21:34, June 1, 2016 (UTC)

I had some trouble figuring out what you meant, but apparently this is about it already being mentioned on the think tank members page? Well, since the think tank page is more or less like an unnamed starship personel page, and this page is more analogous to a page listing all unnamed members of a species, I suppose following the same logic as with an individual that could either be mentioned on a crew page or a species page should be followed. Or at least that's what makes the most sense to me. -- Capricorn (talk) 17:02, June 2, 2016 (UTC)

I'm asking where it should have a "see Pagename" link: that is, should this page's reference link to the "think tank members" page (as the unnamed fictional characters page links to various hologram character pages, such as dixon hill characters -they are known primarily as holographic, but some are specifically fictional, while others are based on fact, like holograms of say, Stephen Hawking) or should the think tank page link here? Like, what do you think of first; that it's a robot or that it's a member of the think tank? --LauraCC (talk) 17:13, June 2, 2016 (UTC)
