Is this the same Ensign Williams mentioned in the "A Matter of Perspective" Summary, Teaser? --Alan del Beccio 01:35, 9 Aug 2005 (UTC)

No, that was a reference to a male officer in the painting class with Picard and a woman Data identified as Lieutenant Wright. – Enterprise1981 21:01, 29 June 2007 (UTC)

Thanks, but I wrote that 2 years ago, and it is of course much more obvious now than it was during the sites fledgling years. --Alan 01:18, 30 June 2007 (UTC)

I suggest we move her to Williams (Tactical officer) and move the male ensign to Williams (ensign). He is the only one of the two verbally called an ensign. I understand that the original naming came when we had nothing better to disambig the two. --LauraCC (talk) 18:01, June 2, 2016 (UTC)

Alternately, he could be (ensign) as we don't know his division, and she could be (operations division). --LauraCC (talk) 18:47, October 13, 2017 (UTC)

It's fine the way it is. --Alan del Beccio (talk) 18:55, October 13, 2017 (UTC)
