She accompanied him and Quark's cousin Gaila to Deep Space 9, when they were doing weapons business on the station. (DS9: "Business as Usual")
Talura was played by actress Charlie Curtis, who received no credit for her appearance.
In the script, Talura is described as "a statuesque and disquietingly beautiful female alien (à la the Boslic Captain)". Additionally, the script gave the pronunciation of her name as "tuh-LOOR-uh" [1]
