Tamara Lee Krinsky (born 18 October 1972; age 51) is an actress, writer, on-air correspondent and independent media producer, who appeared in Star Trek: First Contact as a townsperson. Footage of her appearance in the film was later reused to represent her mirror universe counterpart in ENT: "In a Mirror, Darkly".

She is a classically trained actress, who worked in several stage productions in Los Angeles, including a production of Tennessee Williams' Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, along with fellow Trek actors Linda Park, John DeMita, and Robert Pine.

She also appeared in the movies 100 Girls (2000), Going Home (2002), Buttleman (2003, with Leon Russom), as well as episodes of 7th Heaven (with Stephen Collins, Catherine Hicks, Tom Virtue, and Page Leong) and Charmed.

More recently, Krinsky shifted her career towards becoming a television host and entertainment correspondent. She worked as on-air anchor at several red carpet events, like award shows and various Marvel film premieres, including those of Captain Marvel, Avengers: Endgame, and Spider-Man: Far From Home. As a print journalist, her articles were published in several newspapers and magazines such as Variety, Filmmaker, and The Independent.

She also worked as reporter and script writer on the Discovery Channel documentary series Tomorrow's World Today, and co-hosts the online educational talk show Sirens Show, which she also co-created.
