Tang Nguyen is an actor and stuntman who played a Starfleet cadet in the Star Trek: Voyager seventh season episode "Endgame". As a background actor, he received no credit for this appearance and is unfortunately the only cadet whose face is not shown in the final aired episode. His costume was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1](X)

After several projects he worked as background performer, Nguyen started in 2000 with stunt work and featured parts in films such as the science fiction film Gangland (2000), the action films Hard as Nails (2001), Redemption (2002, with stunts by Ron Balicki, Dyanna Lynn, Cole McKay, Tim Sitarz, and stunt coordinator Chuck Borden), Windtalkers (2002), the drama Shakedown (2002, starring Ron Perlman), and Skeleton Man (2004, with Robert Miano and Noa Tishby).

In 2004 he had guest roles in The West Wing (along Ron Canada, Matt Huhn, and Terry O'Quinn) and Monk (with Stanley Kamel), served as stunt coordinator on the short action film The Long Bow Hunter (with Paul Lacovara), and had a recurring role as Pham Son in four episodes of American Dreams, where he performed alongside Ethan Dampf, Alicia Coppola, and Joel West.

Further appearances include the short action film Fist of Iron Chef (2005, with James Lew), the action film Shira: The Vampire Samurai (2005, with Dragon Dronet and James Lew), CSI: Crime Scene Investigation(2005, starring Paul Guilfoyle and Wallace Langham, with Art Chudabala, David Kagen, and Tess Lina), stuntwork on Flags of Our Fathers (2006), and the leading role in the independent film Bakaboo.
