Teluridian IV was the fourth planet of the Teluridian planetary system.
Teluridian IV was where Maquis members Chakotay and B'Elanna Torres bested two pursuing Starfleet runabouts by fooling them into believing that their ship was in distress, and then opened fire when the runabouts closed to their position. (VOY: "Ex Post Facto")
