Thadial Bokar was a male Farian operative in the 24th century Orion Syndicate.

In 2375, he learned of a downturn in the influential Tigan family's mining business. With the idea of obtaining a favor from them, he approached Janel Tigan with an offer of a loan to relieve their stress. Tigan took it, as he was managing many of the day-to-day operations at the time. A month later, he called on the return of the favor by asking the company to pay a salary for one of the Syndicate member's widows, Morica Bilby, whose husband had died while serving the criminal organisation.

Bokar also got involved with Tigan through Lorkin, another Syndicate operative who was the company's engineer. In order to pressure the company to do more business with the Syndicate, Lorkin was discretely sabotaging equipment, and was subsequently fired. Under the guise of a "commodities broker," Bokar visited the mine to warn Tigan. However, he also learned of the presence of Miles O'Brien, who was investigating Morica's death. He advised Tigan to make sure he left immediately, or his life could be in danger. (DS9: "Prodigal Daughter")

Bokar was played by actor John Paragon.
