The Best of Both Worlds is a Blu-ray Disc release featuring a theatrical-length re-edit of the Star Trek: The Next Generation third and fourth season episodes "The Best of Both Worlds" and "The Best of Both Worlds, Part II" in 1080p high-definition that also includes a digital copy. The set was released in North America on 30 April 2013, [1] and had a European release date of 29 April 2013. [2] The German-language packaging was at first only available in select retail shops in Germany, [3] though it was later released on Amazon.de on 4 December 2014. [4]

All special features are only included on this release and not in any of the regular season releases.
