Lt. Commander Stevens' failing score
The Tholian Web was one of the holopod simulations presented by Shari yn Yem during the drills she conducted aboard the USS Cerritos in 2381. According to Yem, the simulation was based on the experiences of various other Starfleet crews.
At one point, Lieutenant Commander Steve Stevens was below the range of passing The Tholian Web simulation. (LD: "I, Excretus")
The title of this simulation may be a reference to the Star Trek: The Original Series episode "The Tholian Web".
