The Twenty-Five Year Mission Tour (also known as The 25-Year Mission Tour, The 25-Year Mission, and The 25 Year Mission) was a sixty-minute video documentary which was first released on VHS format in 1992 at science fiction conventions and later into general release. The DVD transfer was released in 2006 and contains the same footage.

The documentary focuses on a candid and humorous onstage discussion between William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy which was held at the Sacramento (California) Community Center in front of 6,000 very enthusiastic Star Trek fans.

The two actors discuss Star Trek, acting, and their friendship, among many other topics.
