The United Federation of Characters was a one-man show written and performed by Winger Bingston, Jr. on the USS Cerritos in 2380.
Bingston performed the show in front of the senior staff, including Captain Carol Freeman and her daughter, newly-minted Lieutenant Beckett Mariner.
