Tilikia was a Boslic freighter captain.
His cargo was inspected by Kurn when he was briefly a security officer on Deep Space 9 after his exile from the Klingon Empire in 2372. After finding contraband in the lower hold of Tilikia's ship, Kurn deliberately allowed Tilikia to shoot him, wishing to end his life rather than live in dishonor. Kurn did not die, and Tilikia was arrested by Odo. (DS9: "Sons of Mogh")
