Tim Halligan (born 17 May 1952; age 73) is an actor who played Farrakk in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine fifth season episode "Business as Usual".
In the 1980s, he had a recurring role as Stanton on Crime Story, starring Billy Campbell and Bill Smitrovich. He acted in Space Cowboys (2000, featuring James Cromwell). Halligan also made appearances in Playing by Heart (1994, starring Gillian Anderson and Sean Connery, with David Clennon, April Grace, Kellie Waymire, Hal Landon, Jr., Matt Malloy and Michael Buchman Silver), The Island, Quick Change (1990) and When the Bough Breaks (1994, starring Martin Sheen and Ron Perlman).
He has made guest appearances on many other popular shows, such as NYPD Blue, ER, The X-Files, Alias (2001, starring Merrin Dungey and Victor Garber), Lost (2005, starring Naveen Andrews and Terry O'Quinn), Mad Men and Pretty Little Liars.
