Tina Lifford (born 1 May 1954; age 69) is an actress who played Lee in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine third season episodes "Past Tense, Part I" and "Past Tense, Part II".

She has appeared in films such as Colors (1988, with Tony Todd), New Jack City (1991, with Bill Cobbs), Wedlock (1991, with Basil Wallace), Hostage (2005, with Michelle Horn, Marjean Holden and Glenn Morshower) and Panic (2000). She also voiced one of the sheep in Babe (1995, with James Cromwell).

Lifford's earliest guest appearances included roles in Hill Street Blues (with James B. Sikking, Barbara Bosson and Barbara Babcock), Murder, She Wrote (with Fritz Weaver and Paul Winfield), The Color of Money (with William Shatner and James Darren), Jake and the Fatman (with Karen Austin and Jim Beaver) and The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (with James Avery).

In the 2000s, she has guest starred in Karen Sisco, Threat Matrix (with Colby French), ER (with Leland Orser), CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (with Jeffrey Nordling and Wil Wheaton) and Heroes. Lifford has had recurring roles on Scandal South Central, Crisis Center, Family Law, American Gothic and Parenthood.
