Toby Lamm is a make-up artist who worked on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine during the seventh season. Lamm and the other members of DS9's make-up department received an Emmy Award nomination for their work on the episode "The Dogs of War".
Lamm has worked on several other television series, including Angel, for which he received a second Emmy Award nomination, and the soap opera Passions, for which he earned three Daytime Emmy Award nominations. He was more recently a key make-up artist on the medical drama series House, on which Jennifer Morrison is a regular.
Lamm has also done make-up on films such as the 1995 video release Illegal in Blue (which featured Dan Gauthier, Louis Giambalvo, Michael Durrell, Michael Cavanaugh, and Raye Birk), the 1998 Paramount Pictures comedy release Dead Man on Campus (which featured Judyann Elder), and the 2000 hit Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas (which featured Clint Howard). He more recently worked on a trio of 2008 releases: the adventure hit Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, the comedy Step Brothers, and the horror thriller Quarantine.
According to the Internet Movie Database, Lamm was a Special Make-up Effects Artist on Star Trek. This has yet to be confirmed. His work on another summer 2009 film, G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (starring Rachel Nichols), also is not confirmed.
