Todd McIntosh is a makeup artist who worked on the Star Trek: Enterprise second season episode "Canamar" and was one of the nominees for an Emmy Award in Outstanding Makeup For A Series (Prosthetic) for his work.

McIntosh has received several other Emmy nominations including two in 1997, for the Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode "Welcome To the Hellmouth", shared with John Maldonado, and one in 1999 for the Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode The Zeppo, shared with Craig Reardon, Jamie Kelman, John Maldonado, Ed French, and Erwin H. Kupitz. McIntosh and the makeup team he worked with won two Emmy Awards for their work on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode Surprise/ Innocence in 1998, shared with Craig Reardon, John Maldonado, Gerald Quist, Margie Latinopoulos, Dayne Johnson, Michael F. Blake, and Mark Shostrom

McIntosh was a regular makeup artist on Buffy the Vampire Slayer between 1997 and 2002. He has also worked on shows like Pushing Daisies and Life. Other work in the film realm included Masters of the Universe (1987, with Michael Westmore, June Westmore, and Gerald Quist), City Slickers (1991), City Slickers II: The Legend of Curly's Gold (1994), and Memoirs of a Geisha (2005).

In 2011, McIntosh served as makeup department head for Torchwood: Miracle Day, the fourth series of the Doctor Who spin-off Torchwood.
