Tom Todoroff (born 17 May 1957; age 66) is an actor who portrayed Darod in the Star Trek: Voyager second season episode "Resistance". He filmed his scenes between Wednesday 27 September 1995 and Monday 2 October 1995 on Paramount Stage 1 and 16.

He is also an acting coach and founded his own acting studio located in New York City, New York. Todoroff has taught dialects and worked as a voice coach for actors such as Robert Wagner, Bai Ling, Liam Neeson, Alicia Witt, Lolita Davidovich, Joel Grey, and Rene Russo. Beside acting, he worked as producer and executive producer on projects such as Cobb (1994), the television drama Monday After the Miracle (1998, with Christina Pickles and directed by Daniel Petrie), the television drama The Test of Love (1999, with Penny Johnson), The Sons of Mistletoe (2001), The Survivors Club (2004, with Brian Markinson and Bill Mondy), the family movie Tall as Trees (2008), and the documentary Pole-itics (2013).

As actor, Todoroff played Doug O'Hara in the daily soap All My Children between 1986 and 1987. Film work include Leap of Faith (1992), Ethan Frome (1993), Cobb (1994, with Scott Burkholder and Patricia Tallman), Tin Cup (1996, with Richard Lineback), Turbulence (1997, with Ben Cross, Catherine Hicks, James G. MacDonald, Michael Harney, Scott Lawrence, and directed by Robert Butler), No Vacancy (1999), Play It to the Bone (1999, with Willie Garson, William Utay, and Steve Schirripa), the television comedy Second Honeymoon (2001, with Michael Nouri and executive produced by Gerald W. Abrams), Dark Blue (2002), Hollywood Homicide (2003, with Bruce Greenwood and Alan Dale), the romance Easy (2003), and the short drama Killer Snake (2004).

Television guest roles include the mini-series A Woman Named Jackie (1991, with Stephen Collins and Bob Gunton) and Heaven & Hell: North & South, Book III (1994, with James Read, Jonathan Frakes, Mariette Hartley, Cliff DeYoung, and Keith Szarabajka) and episodes of Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman (1995, with Teri Hatcher and J. Patrick McCormack), Touched by an Angel (2000), and Arliss (2001 and 2002).

Todoroff lent his voice to the video games Call of Juarez (2006, with Marc Alaimo) and Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath (2008, with Paul K. Daniel, Billy Brown, Kevin Grevioux, Scott Lawrence, Rick Pasqualone, David Sobolov, and Keith Szarabajka) and portrayed Arch Angel Michael in the drama The Lady and the Taxi Driver (2011).
