Tonic 2161, unpopped and popped
Tonic 2161 was the official cocktail of the United Federation of Planets' Millennium Celebration, held in 3191 as it had been a thousand years since the founding of the Federation in 2161, "give or take a few decades" due to the Burn. The beverage was dark blue in color with white sprinkles, evoking the Federation logo, and was served with a bubble of gas on top that was popped before drinking. It tasted like jumja sticks.
